1. 適用と同意
本規約は、ブラウザ拡張機能Page Video Saver、同じPC上で動作する任意のローカルコンパニオン、および関連サイト（以下、総称して「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。本サービスを利用することで、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は利用しないでください。
2. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、閲覧中のWebページに含まれる対応動画を検出し、利用可能な場合にタイトル、サムネイル、画質候補を表示して、ユーザーの端末へ保存する操作を補助します。複雑なHLS / DASH配信やサイト解析では、Windows用ローカルコンパニオンが必要になる場合があります。
DRMで保護された配信、Netflix、Prime Video、YouTubeは対象外です。すべてのサイト、動画形式、画質、地域または将来の仕様変更への対応を保証するものではありません。
3. 許可された利用
ユーザーは、自身が作成・所有するコンテンツ、明示的にダウンロードを許可されたコンテンツ、または適用法令上保存する権利を有するコンテンツに限って本サービスを利用できます。著作権、利用規約、契約、プライバシーその他の第三者の権利を確認する責任はユーザーにあります。
4. 禁止事項
- 権利者の許可なく著作物を取得、複製、配布または公開する行為
- DRM、暗号化、アクセス制御、支払制限または技術的保護手段を回避する行為
- 不正アクセス、認証情報の不正利用、サービスへの過度な負荷または運営妨害
- 本サービスを違法行為、権利侵害、マルウェア配布その他有害な目的に使用する行為
- 適用法令または対象サイトの利用条件に違反する行為
5. アカウントとプラン
Googleログインは任意です。登録したアカウントにはプラン情報が保存され、別の端末でも復元できます。登録前の利用履歴はアカウントに紐付かず、後から登録済みユーザーとして判定できません。
初回リリース
初回リリース時点では、対応する標準ダウンロードに回数制限を適用せず、Premiumの販売も行いません。
既存アカウントの保護
将来、標準ダウンロードに回数制限を導入する場合は、変更日時を事前に案内します。その日時より前に登録されたアカウントには、制限の適用前にLegacyプランを付与し、対応する標準ダウンロードを従来どおり回数無制限で利用できるようにします。既に付与されたLegacy権利も維持します。Legacyは、将来追加される別個の有料機能、外部サービスの料金、対応終了した機能、技術的に利用できない配信まで保証するものではありません。
将来のFree / Premium
新しい利用条件、Freeプランの具体的な制限、およびPremiumの価格・機能・更新・解約・返金条件は、適用または販売を開始する前に明示します。
6. アカウント管理
ユーザーは自身のGoogleアカウントを適切に管理してください。ログアウトしてもクラウド上のアカウントとプラン情報は削除されません。削除を希望する場合は、アカウント削除案内に従って申請できます。削除後はLegacyを含むプラン権利を復元できません。
7. 第三者サービス
本サービスは、Google、Supabase、対象Webサイト、配信CDNなどの第三者サービスと通信する場合があります。第三者サービスの利用には各提供者の規約とポリシーが適用され、その提供、中断、変更またはコンテンツについて本サービスの提供者は管理しません。
8. 変更・停止
安全性、法令、ストアポリシー、対象サイトまたは技術仕様の変更に対応するため、本サービスの機能を変更、制限または終了する場合があります。ユーザーの権利や利用条件に重要な影響を与える変更は、ストア掲載情報、本サービス内または本サイトで案内します。
9. 免責と責任の範囲
本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、継続性、特定サイトへの対応、検出結果、保存ファイルの完全性または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。ユーザーは保存前に、対象コンテンツを利用する権限と保存結果を確認してください。適用法令で認められる範囲において、本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じる間接的・付随的損害について責任を負いません。本項は、適用される消費者保護法その他強行法規上制限できない権利を制限するものではありません。
10. 規約の変更
本規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更は効力発生前に分かりやすく案内します。変更後も本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。ただし、別途明示的な同意が法令上必要な場合はその方法に従います。
1. Application and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Page Video Saver browser extension, the optional local companion running on the same computer, and the related website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.
2. What the Service does
The Service helps detect supported videos on the web page you are viewing and, when available, displays titles, thumbnails, and quality options so you can save a selected video to your device. Complex HLS or DASH streams and site analysis may require the Windows local companion.
DRM-protected streams, Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube are not supported. Compatibility with every site, format, quality, region, or future technical change is not guaranteed.
3. Authorized use
You may use the Service only for content you created or own, content you have explicit permission to download, or content you otherwise have the legal right to save. You are responsible for checking copyright, contract terms, privacy, and other third-party rights.
4. Prohibited use
- Obtaining, copying, distributing, or publishing copyrighted material without authorization
- Circumventing DRM, encryption, access controls, payment restrictions, or other technical protection measures
- Unauthorized access, misuse of authentication information, excessive load, or interference with a service
- Using the Service for unlawful activity, rights infringement, malware distribution, or another harmful purpose
- Violating applicable law or the terms of the target website
5. Accounts and plans
Google sign-in is optional. Plan information is stored with a registered account and can be restored on another device. Use before registration is not linked to an account and cannot later be identified as belonging to a registered user.
Initial release
At initial release, supported standard downloads have no count limit and Premium is not offered for sale.
Protecting existing accounts
If a count limit for standard downloads is introduced in the future, the change date will be announced in advance. Accounts registered before that date will receive the Legacy plan before the limit takes effect, allowing supported standard downloads to continue without a count limit. Existing Legacy entitlements will also remain in place. Legacy does not guarantee access to separate paid features added later, third-party services or fees, discontinued features, or streams that become technically unavailable.
Future Free and Premium plans
New usage terms, any specific Free-plan limits, and all Premium pricing, features, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before those limits or sales begin.
6. Account management
You are responsible for keeping your Google Account secure. Signing out does not delete the cloud account or plan information. To request deletion, follow the account deletion instructions. Deleted plan entitlements, including Legacy, cannot be restored.
7. Third-party services
The Service may communicate with third-party services such as Google, Supabase, target websites, and delivery CDNs. Their own terms and policies apply. The Service provider does not control their availability, interruption, changes, or content.
8. Changes and suspension
Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued to address security, legal or store-policy requirements, target-site changes, or technical changes. Material changes affecting user rights or conditions will be disclosed through the store listing, the Service, or this website.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with a specific site, detection results, file completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You must confirm your authority to use the content and verify the saved result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service provider is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be clearly disclosed before they take effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms unless applicable law requires a separate form of consent.
