申請方法

1. 登録に使用したGoogleアカウントのメールアドレスから、下記窓口へメールを送信してください。
2. 件名を「Page Video Saver アカウント削除依頼」としてください。
3. 本人確認後、Supabase上のユーザー、プラン、付与日時を削除します。

削除される情報

• Supabase AuthのユーザーIDとメールアドレス
• 連携されたGoogle公開プロフィール情報
• Legacy / Free / Premiumのプランと付与・有効期限情報

削除するとLegacyや購入済みプランの復元はできません。Googleアカウントそのものは削除されません。

端末内のデータ

クラウドアカウントの削除とは別に、ダウンロード履歴は拡張機能内の「履歴を消去」で削除できます。拡張機能をアンインストールすると、拡張機能が保持する端末内データも削除されます。

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the Google Account address used to register to the contact below.
2. Use the subject “Page Video Saver account deletion request.”
3. After identity verification, we will delete the Supabase user, plan, and entitlement dates.

Information deleted

• Supabase Auth user ID and email address
• Linked Google public profile information
• Legacy, Free, or Premium plan and entitlement dates

Deletion prevents restoration of Legacy or purchased plans. Your Google Account itself is not deleted.

On-device data

Separately from cloud account deletion, use “Clear history” in the extension to remove download history. Uninstalling the extension removes its remaining on-device data.
